I'm Kama and I'll be your practical, yet loose and smiley guide that you'll come to know well. I am a certified holistic wellness coach with a specialty in reiki healing, meditation and Hawaiian healing.

My core mission is to help people practice selfless self-care. I believe that filling your own cup is the key to finding joy, peace, self-love, self-acceptance and authenticity. I also believe in never taking anything too seriously and that there is no one-size-fits-all.

A: No problem! The entire challenge is for all-levels with Day 1 being a meditation break-down for beginners.

A: All good! You could miss everyday if you needed/wanted to. These videos are in your inbox for you to watch and experience whenever you want, as many times as you want, or not at all.

Q: What if I am a seasoned pro? Will this benefit me?

A: If you're a seasoned pro, you know that everyday is a new day on the "meditation cushion" - why not try something new and simply surrender into a curated plan for a few easy weeks and deepen your practice even further?
